Can Cap Compression Machines handle multiple colours or materials in a single production run?

In a single production run, Machine can handle only one color and one type of raw material. If you want to use several colors, first you have to clean the screw to make sure previous color have been extruded completely. If you want to use different raw material, still make sure to extrude the previous raw material completely, then use new raw material. Machine has only one raw material inlet.

Can Cap Compression Machines handle different sizes of Caps within the same production run?

The Machine cannot handle different size of Caps in same production run. For example, if you have 36 Cavity Machine, then 36 Cavities must be of same Caps.

What is the typical lead time for purchasing and installing a Cap Compression Machine?

It takes 3 Months to provide customer with the samples. Once the samples have been confirmed then shipment of the Machinery will be arranged accordingly.

Can Cap Compression Machines be integrated with quality control systems to identify and reject defective Caps automatically?

Yes, it can. The quality control system to identify and reject defective Caps is called Cap Inspection Machine. It is an optional Machine, if customer need, it can be added. It can identity and reject defective Caps automatically.

Can Cap Compression Machines produce Caps with specific designs or patterns on the top surface?

Yes, It can. If Customer can provide AI file of specific LOGO design or patterns, we will engrave the LOGO on the cavity (the Mold Cavity), when the Caps is being produced, the LOGO would be on the Cap top surface.

Can Cap Compression Machines handle different types of plastic resins in the same Machine, or do they require dedicated Machines for each resin type?

The Machine generally can use PP and PE raw material, if you want to use different type of resin, the suggestion is to use up or discharge the previous resin from the outlet, at the same time, the changed resin also have to be feeded into screw. But the best choice is to have different Machines for different types of plastic resins since their resin character are totally different.

Can Cap Compression Machines be used for small-scale or prototype production runs?

Cap Compression Machine can also be used for small-scale production runs, since the Production capacity of the Machine can be varied based on the numbers of Cavities and the Production Speed.

Are there any options for recycling or reusing defective Caps or excess plastic material generated during production?

Yes, have. You can use crusher to crush the defective Caps and excess plastic material, and mix into the fresh resin as certain proportion (less proportion). To make sure there is no effect on for the Cap function.

What are the key considerations for selecting the appropriate Mold design for Cap production?

To select the appropriate Mold design for Caps, you should consider that cap have no liquid leakages issue, if for CSD Caps, then no gas leakage and the Caps have good security function.

Can Cap Compression Machines be used for producing Caps with unique colour variations?

Yes, can make different colors Caps. But have to pay attention is when you change color (changing master-batch), you have to use resin (without master-batch) to clean the screw until the melt raw material comes out without color. Then add another master-batch.
