The 240 BPM Water Bottle Filling Machine runs on 50 rinsing nozzles that clean every bottle from the inside before it reaches the filling station. A round tank with 50 filling nozzles then fills each bottle with mineral water, and the filling valves hold their accuracy across the full 200 ml to 2000 ml range. Once filled, bottles pass through 15 capping heads fitted with dies sized to your cap, so the seal is tight and consistent on every bottle.

How the 240 BPM Machine Works

1. Rinsing: bottles enter the machine and are washed from the inside by 50 rinsing nozzles.

2. Filling: the rinsed bottles move into the round tank, where 50 filling valves fill each bottle with mineral water.

3. Capping: the filled bottles pass under 15 capping heads, which close the cap using dies matched to your cap size. A separate cap elevator keeps caps moving into position without delay.

Key Features of 240 BPM Water Filling Machine

  • Mono block rotary machine: rinsing, filling and capping happen in one compact unit, which saves floor space compared to three separate machines.
  • Smart bottle detection: if a bottle is missing, the machine skips rinsing, filling and capping for that spot, so no water goes to waste.
  • Non-contact sensors: used for the bottle counter, so there is no physical wear and the counter stays accurate over years of use.
  • Separate cap elevator: keeps caps flowing to the capping heads smoothly, even at 240 bottles a minute.
  • Hygienic build: all contact parts are SS316L stainless steel, and the rest of the frame is SS304.
  • Built for scale: this is the top model in our BPM range, designed for plants that cannot afford downtime.

Who Should Choose the 240 BPM Model?

The 240 BPM machine is meant for large packaged drinking water plants, contract packing units and export-focused setups that need close to 14,400 bottles an hour. It is our highest-capacity mono block model, so if your plant is running near this volume already, or you are planning to scale up production over the next few years, this machine gives you the headroom to grow into it. If your current requirement is lower, our 150 BPM or 200 BPM machines may be a better fit on cost and floor space.

Our Water Bottle Filling Machines have features such as excellent performance which requires minimum maintenance, making it highly in demand among our customers.
